Andy is our Chief Technical Officer, Director and Co-Founder with 28+ years of tangible and referencable experience within Offshore Financial sectors, Private Banks, Corporate Service Providers and Life & Pensions, Crypto, Cyber Security, Network Operations, Security Operations, and Physical protection.
He has worked as a Senior Technical Project / Programme Manager and I.T. Solutions Architect / Consultant; his projects and consultancy have included ISO 27001-2013, PCIDSS, Vulnerability assessments, Penetration Testing, Social Engineering, Cyber Essentials, Data Classification implementation, Business Separation and Integration, Compliance KYC / AML, Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Separation and asset disposal, I.T. Platform Consolidations, Software Development, Data Centre migrations & consolidations, Technical authoring, Development of training materials.
Andy has led a team of specialist software developers in an Agile delivery framework as Scrum Master and Agile Coach to deliver a market-leading H.R. and Payroll solution adopted by Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) clients across the U.K.
Andy’s ability to break down highly complex and technical problems into “fisher price” consumption for non-technical audiences has been paramount to his success in his career and, more significantly, in the Development of Vigilant CDD and customer engagements.
Andy has advised and guided C-suite board members in various financial institutions, Trust Providers and Crypto businesses on I.T platform implementation projects, Cyber Security, I.T. consolidation and integrations, Mergers and Acquisitions and asset disposal.
